Puneet started his career in public accounting with Deloitte and have also worked with MetLife and State Street. Puneet enjoys traveling and spending time with family.

Todd Baughman began his career in 1999 and has added many feathers to his cap ever since. As SVP Global Operations and Product Strategy, Todd plays a key role in assisting with all aspects of operational synergy. Todd is involved in Panel Management & Tech/Operational Integration. With his insights and experience, he helps Torfac keep a 'sharp edge', in terms of Technical & Operational advancements and modernization to provide top notch customer experience to all our clients. Known within Torfac as 'The Swiss Knife', Todd holds immense expertise and know-how in a vast array of different areas and fields. In his free time, Todd enjoys spending time with family and friends and can also be found working in his shop on his next project car.

Geetu began her journey back in 2001 with organisations like American Express and Hero Group into their Customer handling operations. Stumbling upon the MR domain in 2006, there has been no looking back. With her extensive experience in project management, client servicing, managing large operational teams along with a mix of training and development make her a versatile leader who can wear multiple hats as and when needed. She has worked for companies like Toluna, C5i and Cint before taking on her responsibilities as General Manager/VP Global operations at Torfac. Besides work, Geetu loves to socialise and have a good time with her friends and coworkers. She swears by one quote in life: Getup. Dressup. Showup.

Industry veteran sales leader, J.R. Venza joins as SVP -Client Development. He joins the organization from Echo MR, where he held Director, Sales position. Prior to that, he spent almost a decade with Critical Mix (now part of Dynata).

Anil, B.E. M.Tech. with extensive experience in Management Strategy and Process Excellence provides an unbiased approach to business excellence. Added to his Technical Qualifications, he is also a Certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma that brings the discipline and quest for continuous improvement in everything he drives.
To his credit, he has over 27 years of industry experience with few renowned Indian Multinational companies like Usha India, HCL, Bharti Airtel & Vedanta Group where his word was widely appreciated and recognized. Anil has mastered the Process System Model standards for Quality Management, Environment Management, Safety Management and Information Security management Systems. Being a systems expert, he has trained over five thousand people on process and six sigma certifications. With all the learnings he has led these organizations at Leadership level in Quality and Business excellence functions.

Justin Vortherms began his career with GMI in 2007 as part of the Client Services team. His exceptional attention detail and communication skills were rewarded when in 2011 GMI was acquired by Lightspeed Research he became the Manager for the Americas Vendor Management Team. He continued to excel in his new management position by building a strong and successful team and also participated in negotiating several rate cards and rebate programs with preferred suppliers. Justin joined Torfac in 2018 where he is currently the VP of Client Development. He’s always available to assist his clients with their project needs but even more he enjoys having real life conversations and talking about last night's game. He’s a native Minnesotan where he spends many weekends up at the cabin fishing out on the lake during the summer and on the ice during their cold winters. He’s a huge Minnesota sports fan and is looking forward to the day the Vikings end their 50+ year Super Bowl drought!

Eric Harring is a seasoned market research professional with a career spanning back to 2014. Beginning at Research Now and continuing through Dynata's evolution, Eric honed his skills in various sales roles, serving key Market Research Agencies and Consultancies. Now, as Senior Director of Client Development at Torfac, Eric's dedication to customer service and knack for problem-solving make him a trusted partner to researchers. Eric lives in Texas with his wife and two young daughters (fully embracing girl dad life!). His free time is filled with enjoying the outdoors, attempting woodworking projects, and traveling to any place that is warm and beautiful.

Arvind is our Chief Architect and holds a B.Sc. and M.C.A from his education along with over 18 years of experience in software development across diverse platforms and technologies. He is a firm believer in collaboration, recognizing that innovative ideas can emerge from anyone. Arvind has extensive experience in DevOps and AWS services, having architected and implemented microservices-based systems leveraging Python and cloud technologies. His contributions include designing RESTful APIs and seamlessly integrating them with front-end applications to enhance system performance along with leading successful migrations of legacy systems to cloud platforms. His diverse technical skill set spans programming languages and tools such as Python, PHP, Java, Node.js, React.js, and scripting for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Arvind is also proficient in front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS, and adept in database management with MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. Arvind plays a pivotal role in driving technical excellence and innovation across the organization.
